HRN Shipping & Delivery Information
At HRN, we aim to dispatch your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery times, charges, and collection options.
Standard Delivery Times
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12pm (excluding bank holidays & public holidays) are dispatched the same working day on a next-day courier service (mainland UK only). Orders placed after 12pm or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Information
Shipping costs depend on the value, weight, and size of your order. Final delivery charges will be shown at checkout. If your order requires a custom shipping quote, our team will contact you directly.
Mainland UK (courier delivery):
- £6.05 for orders under 20kg and up to 1 metre in length
- An additional 25p per kg applies for orders between 20kg and 30kg
You can save on delivery costs by ordering multiple parts together—shipping is charged by weight, so combining items in one order (up to the maximum weight limit) offers better value.
Remote Areas:
This includes the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, and the Isles of Scilly:
- Flat rate of £14.56 for parcels up to 10kg
- 50p per additional kg (up to a maximum of 30kg)
- Delivery to these areas typically takes at least two working days (excluding bank & public holidays)
Click & Collect – Free from Our Depots
Prefer to collect in person? You can choose free collection from any of our four HRN depots in Stirling, Insch, Balbeggie, or Caithness.
Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you. You’ll then have 7 calendar days to collect your items. After this period, your order will be cancelled, and a refund issued.
When collecting, please bring:
- A copy of your order confirmation (printed or digital)
- A valid form of ID (driving licence, passport, utility bill, or payment card)

Pre-Orders
If you’ve ordered an item marked as Pre-Order, we’ll dispatch it once stock becomes available. If your order contains multiple items, all goods will be shipped together once the pre-order item is in stock.
Need the available items sooner? Just get in touch with us and we’ll arrange a split delivery (additional charges may apply).
Please note: Pre-order dispatch dates are estimates and may be subject to change.
Delays & Communication
If there’s an unexpected delay with your order, we’ll contact you as soon as possible with an updated delivery date. If the revised timeline isn’t suitable, you’re entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Please note: HRN is not liable for any direct or indirect damages due to delivery delays.
Parcel Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation via email or text (whichever you have selected).
All orders are sent via DPD and fully tracked, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
You’ll be notified (by email, text message, or via the DPD app) when DPD is expecting your parcel. As soon as they collect it, you’ll receive an estimated delivery date.
On the day of delivery, DPD will also provide you with a one-hour delivery time slot. We recommend being available to receive your parcel, but if that’s not possible, you can manage delivery options directly through the DPD app.
Important Delivery Information
- Orders are dispatched only when all items are in stock. To receive items sooner, please consider placing separate orders.
• If you’d like your parcel left in a safe place, leave instructions at checkout. We’ll pass this to the courier, but it is not guaranteed. You accept responsibility for parcels left as requested. Or download the DPD App for additional options.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and that you notify us of any restricted access. Missed deliveries requiring reattempt may incur an extra charge.
• Cut-off time for next-day delivery is 12pm, Monday–Friday.
Delivery Restrictions
Please note that we currently do not ship to:
• Any international destinations
Damaged or Missing Items
Any missing or damaged goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
In some cases, we reserve the right to apply a shipping surcharge after your order is placed, subject to your approval.
