Title:
PLATE(PTO,BRAKE) (KU-K125214970)
Description:
The Kubota KU-K125214970 PTO Brake Plate is a genuine OEM transmission component designed for the PTO brake assembly on selected Kubota GR Series lawn and garden tractors. It works within the PTO clutch and brake mechanism to stop the PTO shaft and cutting deck blades quickly after the PTO is disengaged.
Manufactured to Kubota’s exact specifications, the brake plate is made from high-strength, wear-resistant steel to withstand repeated engagement, friction, and vibration. In addition, its precision-machined contact surfaces ensure smooth operation and consistent braking performance.
Furthermore, the brake plate helps protect the PTO system by reducing unnecessary wear on clutch components while supporting safe mower operation. As a result, it maintains reliable blade stopping performance throughout the service life of the machine.
However, a worn or damaged brake plate can reduce braking efficiency and increase wear within the PTO assembly. Therefore, replacing it with the genuine K1252-14970 restores factory braking performance and dependable operation.
