Title:
AIR CLEANER (JD-AZ45867)
Description:
John Deere AZ45867 Secondary Air Filter Element is a genuine Original John Deere engine filtration component designed to provide an additional layer of protection for the engine’s air-intake system. It captures fine dust and airborne contaminants that may pass through the primary air filter, helping prevent abrasive particles from reaching sensitive engine components and supporting dependable engine performance.
The filter features porous filtration media with evenly formed pleats and an expanded media area to help capture contaminants efficiently. Its design is engineered to minimise airflow restriction while maintaining effective filtration, helping protect the engine during demanding harvesting operations and in dusty field conditions.
As the secondary or inner air filter, the AZ45867 acts as a backup barrier within the engine air-cleaning system. Maintaining the filter according to the manufacturer’s service schedule helps preserve filtration effectiveness and reduce contamination-related engine wear. John Deere maintenance documentation recommends replacement every 1,500 operating hours and as required for applicable models.
Designed for compatible John Deere self-propelled forage harvesters, the AZ45867 provides an application-specific filtration solution. Confirming the exact machine model and serial number before ordering helps ensure the correct secondary filter element is selected.
