Constructed to withstand harsh winter conditions, the PolarOne spreader features a polypropylene hopper paired with stainless steel components for corrosion resistance and long-term durability. This self-supporting hopper design helps reduce weight while maintaining strength for regular use.

One of the standout innovations of the PolarOne line is the PolarFlo vibration system, a patented automatic vibration control that ensures consistent material flow onto the spinner even with uneven or damp grit. This prevents clogging and improves the efficiency and accuracy of spreading operations.

The spreader offers several mounting and control options to suit different operational needs:

An extended auger design improves weight distribution on the host vehicle, and the large-diameter auger with a delivery tunnel can handle a wide variety of materials without blockage.

Despite its advanced capabilities, the PolarOne remains low-maintenance: no engines, chains, belts, or grease points are needed, reducing service requirements and long-term costs.
