The Kubota DSX-W GEOSPREAD Spreader is the top-of-the-range model in Kubota’s fertiliser spreader line-up, designed for professional farmers and contractors who require maximum accuracy, high capacity, and advanced control technology. Combining Kubota’s proven RotaFlow spreading system with GEOSPREAD section control, integrated weighing, and ISOBUS compatibility, the DSX-W GEOSPREAD sets a new benchmark in precision agriculture.

At the core of this model is the GEOSPREAD system, which uses two actuators on each dosing unit—one for adjusting the discharge point and one for controlling the application rate. This allows operators to electronically adjust the working width and letter setting for each disc directly from the tractor cab using the ISOBUS terminal. This level of control eliminates unnecessary overlap, saves fertiliser, and ensures consistent spreading performance even in irregularly shaped fields.

The DSX-W GEOSPREAD also features an integrated weighing system with four load cells and a reference sensor. This continuously monitors fertiliser flow and automatically adjusts the application rate to maintain precision under changing conditions. When combined with section control, speed-related spreading, and GEOPOINT headland management, this technology can deliver up to 15% savings through reduced overlap and more efficient use of inputs.

For even greater precision, the DSX-W GEOSPREAD can be equipped with MULTIRATE technology, which enables variable rate application within the working width. This allows farmers to adapt spreading rates to specific field zones, improving yields and optimising fertiliser use.

The hopper capacity is equally impressive. Base sizes of 1,500 L and 1,875 L can be increased up to 3,450 L or 3,900 L with three extension rims, ensuring fewer refills and greater efficiency in large fields. Adjustable working widths from 12 m up to 54 m provide outstanding flexibility for different crops and field sizes.

The DSX-W GEOSPREAD is fully ISOBUS 11783 compatible and can be operated using the Kubota IsoMatch Tellus PRO, IsoMatch Tellus GO+, or other ISOBUS terminals. The modern, intuitive interface guarantees easy navigation and user-friendly control, making this spreader both powerful and simple to operate.
