Cancelling your order (Before or After Despatch)
- Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your online order within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the goods.
- You have 14 days to notify the seller that you wish to cancel.
- After notifying, you have a further 14 days to return the item (28 Days in total)
- A full refund, including the standard delivery charge, from HRN receiving the returned goods (or receiving proof they were sent back).
- The goods must be returned in resaleable condition unless they were faulty or not as described.
- Cancelling before despatch – Contact Us – We will try and cancel the order and issue a full refund
- Cancelling after despatch – Follow the returns process below and download a print the Returns Form. Please retain all original packaging
Important:
- All goods must be perfect unused condition and returned to us in the original packaging. Failure to do so means we will be unable to accept your return as goods need to be in a resalable condition.
- Please include a completed Returns Form with your parcel. Missing paperwork may result in delays or denial of your refund.
- Once received, we will check over your item, the judgement of faulty items lies with the supplier/manufacturer, so time must be allowed for their assessment and report so we can then move forward and resolve the issue. Once everything is in order, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment (minus any carriage costs) and provide you with an email confirmation
- Return will be processed during standard office hours –Monday-Friday (08:30am – 04:30pm). Any goods returned to us out with these times will be processed the next working day.
Received the wrong items?
If you have received an incorrect or incomplete order, we will cover the cost of returning the item. Please contact us to arrange this and complete the Returns Form.
How to Return Items
Please download, print and complete the Returns Form and send it back with your order.
Returned goods are your responsibility, and the goods remain your responsibility till we have received them. We recommend using a tracked service to protect you against loss or damage during transit, as we cannot refund items that arrive damaged or are lost.
